**Becoming an MI Reporting Analyst with Smart DCC**:
Fantastic opportunity to secure an initial 6 months day rate contract role as an MI Reporting Analyst based from Ruddington. The MI Service Reporting Analyst role will be predominantly remote based with a requirement to work from the office 1-2 times a week.The MI Reporting Analyst will work within the team who have accountability for managing the DCC cycle of standard regulatory and operational reports. The team manage the production of draft reports and facilitate narrative and sign-off of the end product. Theteam also have responsibility for managing the report catalogue, including changes and the promotion or demotion of content across delivery mechanisms, as well as creating new reports and insights.

**What you’ll be doing**:

Delivery of all enterprise, contractual and regulatory reporting.
SLA reporting for DCC and partner organisations.
End to end processes for analytical reporting and validation.
Stakeholder and reporting community engagement
Trusted advisor for all matters related to reporting and Service Management in the DCC ServiceNow toolset.
Ensure compliance for all data provision, access privileges, security and artefact and data retention.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Must have current, valid SC clearance
- Strong experience in a similar reporting analysis role
- In Depth Knowledge of ServiceNow toolset including extensive knowledge of the reporting capabilities
- Must have extensive ITIL experience
- Must be self-reliant and take ownership of all issues and accountabilities.
- Flexible and able to prioritise a changing to do list.
