If you have customer service experience and excellent attention to detail, we invite you to consider a career in Payroll as a Payroll Analyst. Our company offers training opportunities for individuals at all levels of experience, making it the perfect opportunity for both payroll experts and those with customer service backgrounds to advance their careers.

As a Payroll Analyst, you will work with our Managed Services team to provide payroll services to some of the largest public and private sector organizations in the UK. We are committed to providing excellent training and qualifications in both technical and soft skills to support your career development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Effective communication skills are essential to gather payroll information, reconcile payroll end-to-end, and process BACS payments.
- Year-end tasks need to be processed, and Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, should be used to provide payroll validation and exception management.

- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with data
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially Excel, at a basic/intermediate level
- Exceptional accuracy
- Highly organized
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and targets
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
