The role

Would you like to bring your customer service experience and great attention to detail to progress your career in Payroll? We provide a variety of training aimed at all levels of experience so whether you are a payroll expert or have customer service experience we would love to hear from you.

As a Payroll Analyst you will work within our Managed Services department to deliver payroll services to some of the UK biggest public and private sector organisations. Our Managed Services team takes pride in delivering fantastic opportunities for progression whilst providing training and qualifications on soft / technical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Great communication skills are a must for this role as it is essential to gather payroll information, payroll reconciliation (end to end) and BACS payments processing
- Ensuring the employees are receiving their payments on schedule by working to the tight deadlines and effectively managing your time to meet with our SLA’s
- Using great attention to detail identifying any payment or data errors
- Processing year end tasks
- Using Microsoft packages, particularly excel to provide payroll validation and exception management
- Manipulation and validation of incoming data

- Exceptional attention to detail
- Analytically minded with a passion for working with data
- Can navigate confidently through all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, at a basic/intermediate level.
- Outstanding level of accuracy
- Highly organised
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
- Enjoys being in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets, sometimes under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to change

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
