**What you’ll be doing**:
MHR are recruiting for a Pension Admin Analyst to deliver an effective and accurate pensions and payroll service to a portfolio of clients. The service delivered will be accurate, efficient, and compliant with documented and implied procedures.
- To process and reconcile Pension Leavers/Starters & Changes and submit to the relevant pension fund
- Conduct quality checks on pension contributions prior to submission to fund or customers.
- Take remedial action to rectify any errors, liaising with the Senior Pension Analyst.
- Reconciling pension reports and authorising remittances.
- Ensure all submissions are made in line with schedules and procedures.
- Ensure all issues are escalated as required.
- Respond to general customer communications relating to general queries as required.
- Monitor and ensure adequate progress on time critical issues.

**Key Skills**
- Knowledge of pension processes and pension returns (Desirable)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Analytically minded with a passion for working with data
- Can navigate confidently through all Microsoft packages, particularly Excel, at a basic/intermediate level.
- Outstanding level of accuracy
- Highly organised
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
- Enjoys being in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and targets, sometimes under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable to change
