I am currently supporting a national property company who are looking to add to their well-established business development team. They are looking for Business Development Executive to join the exceptional sales team, you will be supporting the business asit looking to continue its year on year growth.
Based in Manchester City Centre they are in a prime location for getting into work, with one of the best business cultures in Manchester you will be joining a business that really values it staff.
BDE Package -- Offering a salary of £26,000
- OTE £40,000
- 23 Holidays plus bank holidays and 1 extra per year of service
- Regular incentives throughout the month

BDE Duties
- Handle outbound and inbound calls from warm leads to secure sales of financial services
- Carry out consultations and advise on the most appropriate product/service
- Provide accurate information to the customer to ensure they know all the features of the service and are given the highest level of customer care
- Adhere to compliance scripts and regulatory procedures at all times
- Work towards set sales targets and activity levels, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline

To be a successful BDE, you will need:

- Previous experience in a target-driven sales environment in positions such as Sales Advisor, New Business Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Telesales Advisor
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to understand complex products and advise on suitable services
- Experience of managing a pipeline of customers
- Confidence, ambition and desire to succeed
