**Employee Relations Administrator**

**Edinburgh**

**3 month contract**

**Duties**
- Providing administrative support to the Employee Relations team.
- Producing letters and paperwork on behalf of the Employee Relations team.
- Provide note taking service in ER related meetings.
- Work collaboratively with ER Specialists to produce reports regarding case management.

**Skills/Experience**
- Well organised with the ability to plan, prioritise and manage high volumes of work.
- Experience of working in a HR environment previously would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to write a clear, understandable, and concise manner
- Computer literate, specifically Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £17.51 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
