Hours: Varied Depending on Course Schedule (e.g 7.30am-3.30pm, 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm, 11am-7pm)

Reports to the Training & Appraisal Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
To provide an effective administrative support service for delivery of life support training courses including Resuscitation Council UK accredited Advanced Life Support (eALS) and European Paediatric Adult Life Support (EPALS).

**Responsibilities relating to Appraisals include**:

- Run ‘Revalidation report’ on Unicorn and send Appraisal invites.
- Process MSM feedback forms and check uploaded to Unicorn.
- Confirm with Appraiser when Doctors documents received.
- Anonymise documents if required to send to a Doctor.
- Add Doctor Appraisal dates to Duty Roster.
- Upload appraisal documents to Unicorn including SIT and Summary.
- Generate Appraisal certificate and send to Compliance.

**Responsibilities relating to Training pre course processes include**:

- To maintain and edit the Course Booking Spreadsheet following the booking request from the Recruitment Consultant (RC) and processing accordingly.
- To carry out training pre-course processes within appropriate time scales.
- To manage & invite faculty to instruct on courses and liaising with the Medical Director and Training Manager as necessary.
- Register course dates on Resuscitation Council Learning Management System (RCUK LMS) for ILS, eALS and EPALS (when applicable) and order course material as necessary.
- Liaise with Medical Staffing Managers (MSMs) and Recruitment team regarding NES doctors.
- Organising catering for training courses.

**Responsibilities relating to in Training course processes include**:

- Support weekend Primary Intake Courses (PIC) as required (3 weekends per year paid as overtime).
- Updating the database and RCUK LMS with course results once received

**Responsibilities relating to Training post course processes include**:

- Scanning, filing and submitting course paperwork to relevant bodies as required.

**Other general responsibilities**:

- Ensuring all filing is kept up to date.
- Completing English Language References as needed
- Assisting Medical Director and with ad hoc tasks
- Checking, logging and submitting invoices and training expenses
- Stock check and ordering of consumables on a rotational basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
