Stock & Purchasing Coordinator

As Stock & Purchasing Controller, you will work closely with the Warehousing & purchasing teams to ensure goods are ordered, processed, received and delivered on time from and to the Warehouse.

This role will involve using various Computer Systems, including the WMS and Microsoft Excel to ensure stock is tagged correctly before entering and/or leaving the Warehouse. Therefore, attention to detail is critical in this role.

**The Role**:

- Managing/Monitoring stock levels using Excel
- Placing orders with Local, National and International Suppliers
- Manage and identify key suppliers
- Create and provide reports for management and suppliers
- Undertake 6 monthly stock takes
- Placing orders with suppliers for stock
- Overseeing shipping lead-times
- Responsible for complete Purchase Order process: purchase order, invoice queries, credit notes, etc

**The Person**:

- Background in FMCG, Distribution or Manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or ERP systems
- Will have a high attention to detail
