Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate food production and preparation, ensuring high quality and adherence to food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, including equipment and storage areas
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving shop performance
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff members

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a food service setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Type**: Temp to perm

**Salary**: £8.80-£11.50 per hour
