Senior Bid and Proposal Coordinator

I have an exciting role for a Senior Bid and Proposal Coordinator for my industry leading client based in their head office in Glasgow.

The role:

- Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced tenders within customer defined timeframes.
- Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from the Board of Directors, Major Accounts, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, Commercial and Operations.
- Champion collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices.
- Ensure proposal documents follow branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards.
- Provide advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners.
- Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by others team members into the required tender format.
- Maintain, make available and backup master document sets.
- Provide support and advice to the team of Bid and Proposal Co-ordinators.
- Work closely with the Bid and Proposal Manager to monitor team performance and to identify opportunities to coach/mentor the team of Bid and Proposal Co-ordinators.

This role requires the highest levels of attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure and to demanding deadlines. You will have proven ability in planning, producing and delivering compliant proposal documents within a complex business environment. You should be experienced in attending proposal kick-off meetings, participating in brainstorming sessions, attending review meetings / final document review, managing document governance / sign off, document production (electronic and hard copy), and submission of the completed proposal. Hours of work are 8-5 Monday - Friday.
