Job Description:
OVERVIEW:
Usual hours of work will vary between 8.30 am and 9.30pm weekdays, and 9am to 5.30 pm weekends.

The successful applicant should be presentable, polite and approachable with an excellent (customer services) telephone manner. Excellent and fluent English communication is vital (both verbal & written). Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is necessary and experience of using a booking system software such as Mind Body Online is an advantage. Time management, flexibility and ability to work in a team are all essential requirements.

RECEPTION:
58 Wellbeing Centre is based in the heart of Mayfair. The centre has a warm, friendly environment and we are looking for an additional full time receptionist. Our welcoming reception team look after a large and wide range of therapists, clients, well-being products and treatments to ensure that everyone is well taken care of who visits 58 South Molton St.

Duties include, but not limited to:

- To process all client appointments/cancellations in an accurate and timely manner, supporting the business policies at all time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Payment processing
- Liaise with the practitioners on a daily basis, fulfilling their requirements in regard to the handling of their clients, providing them with any relevant and necessary information about their appointments.
- Deal with any customer complaints, handing over those that you cannot resolve to the Practice Manager and reporting all complaints to the Management.
- Making sure the centre and therapy rooms are presentable at all time and restocking supplies when necessary.
- Reports for Product sales
- Stock management
- Order processing
- General follow up and admin

Skills required:

- Extensive Customer Service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Knowledge of Mind Body Online Software or other similar booking system
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and multitasking ability
- A professional telephone manner
- Ability to work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
- A reliable and flexible nature

**Salary**: Up to £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:
