Role overview

DUAL Group will be undergoing a global rebrand, with the project starting Q2 2023 and delivering in 2024. The DUAL Group Brand Executive will play a key role in helping to coordinate this project, working collaboratively with teams in each of our four regions (UK, Europe, the Americas and Australia/New Zealand). Reporting into the Head of Corporate Communications (HOCC), you’ll be part of a small and friendly Marketing & Communications team (8 people) in a fast-paced environment.

It goes without saying that you will be a natural communicator with excellent organisational skills. You will already have experience of working across all levels of a business, and you're looking for the opportunity to work on a global brand project and be involved in all aspects of delivery.

Role responsibilities
- Work with the DUAL Group brand project team working to clear goals and deadlines
- Collaborate with our marketing teams globally to ensure effective communication of deadlines and supporting these teams as needed
- Develop an understanding of the different business areas in the group, and their branded collateral and assets
- Work with our Howden Group brand colleagues as needed
- Provide regular structured and clear updates on the project progress both to the HOCC and the wider brand project team
- Support the HOCC and the Group Communications Executive as needed on a variety of internal and external comms
- Organise regular meetings and updates for stakeholders
- Become a trusted brand ambassador for internal stakeholders on all aspects of our brand project
- Support with project admin tasks as needed.

Key requirements
- We can confidently say that no two days are the same in this role, so the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Highly organised and capable of prioritising multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, with a good grasp of grammar and strong proof reading skills
- Active listening and influencing skills
- Good creative and lateral thinking, combined with imaginative problem-solving skills. We will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, so you must be someone who is comfortable using your initiative when needed
- Curiosity: constructive challenge helps ensure that our team can deliver better outcomes. We want to encourage you to ask questions and actively contribute to our thinking and planning
- Experience of using a variety of digital communications channels, probably in a communications or marketing role
- An understanding of brand and tone of voice, and their importance in our group communications
- Experience in financial services will help your learning curve but it is more important to have a passion for communications and a desire to learn and take on new challenges.
