**Sales Executive - Internal Sales**

**Havant**

**£23,250 + Commission Structure**

Our client who sells specialist products to UK and worldwide, is keen to grow the already successful sales team. Based in the Havant office you will have experience in developing business, talking with new and previous customers to build a pipelines andintroduce products to target markets.

Alongside this, provide sales order processing and customer service in an effective, efficient and professional manner. Ensure that orders are raised in an accurate and timely manner whilst managing daily workloads.

Communicate with the respective Regional Sales and Business Development Manager for the company in relation to business opportunities and provide customer feedback.

**Principle accountabilities**:
**- **Speaking with new potential customers to introduce products and develop business for future orders
- Build a pipeline of potential orders and visits for the regional sales teams to attend the customer to develop business
- Meeting with Senior Sales Managers to identify business targets and potential customers
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and mail out leads
- Monitor order status, communicating any issues to customers.
- Liaising with customers maintaining excellent relationships and customer service.
- Respond to customer enquiries providing after sales support.
- Ensure back orders are distributed as soon as possible, taking the opportunity to upsell to customers.
- The use of excel spreadsheets to analyse customer sales and produce reports for the business managers.
- Validate customer data to ensure database is continually maintenance.

**Requires**: (functional/technical skills and knowledge)
- Professionalism, tenacity and driven in nature to meet targets and KPI’s.
- Previous business development experience or telesales experience
- Use of Microsoft Excel, Word and ability to learn inhouse sales software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organisational skills and ability to keep calm under pressure.
- Represent the company in a positive, polite and controlled manner, without exception.

**Working hours**

9am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 4pm on Friday.
