Safer Homes Officer

**17.5 hours per week (Wednesday afternoon & 9am-5pm on Thursdays and Fridays)**
Hyde is looking to recruit a Safer Homers Officer.
Hyde is one of the UK’s leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas. We provide and manage 50,000 homes to over 100,000 customers. As a Safer Homes Office, you will be working within the Safer Homes and Neighbourhoods Team to provide support to the Contract Managers ensuring programmes run efficiently and are fully compliant.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage Safer Homes databases in an efficient manner.
- Produce up to date, real time reporting.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure inspections, audits and servicing are achieved within priority timescales.
- Raise any non-compliance or process failures with managers.
**Skills and Experience Required**
- Customer Service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work in a busy environment
- Previous experience within housing is desirable but not essential.
