**Renault Retail Group** seeks a Fleet Sales Administrator to join our Group Fleet Sales Centre based at Renault Manchester, M3.**
**This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced fleet administrator to join a manufacturer-owned group.**

Duties include fleet sales administration such as providing quotes, taking fleet orders, informing on vehicle delivery estimates, upsales to existing accounts, invoicing, payment processing, advising clients of new models, specifications changes and prices changes, and handling enquiries promptly.

In all activities you will be expected to provide the highest quality of service to the client while maintaining complete, up-to-date and accurate customer data, vehicle delivery, finance and maintenance records as well as relevant licensing. The role will occasionally involve movement of vehicles for example during incoming stock arrivals where cars/vans are moved to secure parking, positioning of vans for client collection at designated collection bays, and client test drives.
- A Full Driving licence
- Dealer-based fleet sales administration experience supplying to SME, corporates, or fleet broker clients
- Dedicated to providing customers with outstanding service
- Confident communication skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word

If you have recent experience using systems such as Kerridge, Autoline, Keyloop Drive, Leaselink Ebbon Dacs, Lex Autolease SupplyTrak or AFRL in a recent previous role, then all the better

This role operated 5 days a week on a condensed working pattern as follows:

- 4 weekdays 8am to 5:30pm with 30 min lunch, plus
- One half-day per week on rota, 8am to 12pm (no break)
- Total 40 hours per week

**In return we offer a basic salary of £25,000 per annum plus department bonus with OTE up to or in excess of £28,750 pa.**
