Admin Assistant (Part time - 3 days a week)

Ideally the position would be Monday, Wednesday and Friday, but there is flexibility with this.

**Responsibilities**
- Providing prospective tenants with property details and conducting initial suitability checks
- Arranging property viewings and confirming attendance at viewings
- Submitting tenants for referencing
- Preparing tenancy paperwork
- Arranging property inventories and check-ins
- Ensuring all tasks completed before tenancy start
- Entering tenancy details of property management systems
- Ensuring all documents are properly named and filed
- Arranging periodic property inspections
- Assisting in the reconciliation of rent payments
- Run administrative systems to company standards and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Willing to take Rent Smart Wales qualification
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Organisation and prioritising skills
- Customer service focus to impress every customer
- Calm under pressure
- Able to meet deadlines
- Computer Literate, Microsoft, Outlook, Internet etc

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Negotiable dependant on experience and completing the Rent Smart Wales qualification
