Facilities Assistant

Our client is looking for an excellent all-rounder to assist with facilities duties on a permanent basis.

You will be supporting with cleaning and facilities related matters across all 3 buildings on site. The hours of work will be 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday, one weekend workday once a month with time off in lieu. There is a performance related cash bonus scheme & onsite parking available.

Some of your responsibilities will include undertaking regular site audits ensuring standards of the facilities are maintained. Monitoring, logging and responding to maintenance job requests, carrying out statutory testing requirements and providing maintenance and cleaning support.

You will need to be flexible and have a positive can-do attitude, be a hard worker, reliable and able to prioritise tasks effectively.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
