We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Supply Chain Administrator wanting to work for a growing and well established company in the West Midlands. We are looking for somebody who enjoys analysing data and is a natural problem solver

Your Responsibilities
...
- You will work closely with the Supply Manager, to order and maintain the supply of stock from our UK and European suppliers.- Calculating stock requirements in order to maintain continuous supply of all items sourced in the UK & Europe, in line with current requirements and trends
- Raising purchase orders via our computer system, processing with the suppliers and progressing through to receipt of goods
- Checking order acknowledgements; notifying and resolving queries with suppliers
- Maintaining arrival dates on the computer system, to ensure accuracy of information on stock arrivals and budgeted spend
- Monitoring and co-ordinating all UK & European supplier deliveries and collections, to ensure timely arrival
- Processing import paperwork for European deliveries as applicable
- Liaising closely with other departments to ensure customer requirements are met
- Resolving delivery, price and quality issues with UK & European suppliers
- Working with the Goods In department to ensure all deliveries are received and processed accurately
- Producing weekly stock reports for circulation to the management and sales teams
- Maintaining information on various Purchasing spreadsheet as necessary
- Providing assistance to the Supply Manager as required

About you?
- Have experience in a supply chain / purchasing /logistics administration role
- Ablity to analyse data
- Experience or exposure forecasting / planning
- Experience ordering stock is essential
- Experience dealing with a number of international suppliers
- Strong numeracy skills is essential
- Problem solver
- You must have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong administrative experience
- Well organised, self-motivated and work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to prioritise

The Role.

£25,000 - £32,000 DOE
8AM - 17.00 PM Mon - Thurs (30 minutes lunch)/ 8AM- 14.30PM Friday
20 days hol + BH (accrue each year until 23 days)
Parking on-site
