**Job description**

The Online Sales Lead plays a vital role in generating income for Scope to support disabled people and their families. It is responsible for managing the day-to-day running of Scope’s online sales channels, including Scope’s eBay and online shops.

**Salary**: Starting salary of £27,456 with progression as we train you

**Location**: Scope’s Ecommerce Hub - Westlink Business Park, Salford

**Permanent - 35 hours per week.**

**The hub operates from 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday. Shifts are between 4-7 hours daily.**

**Some evening, weekend and Bank Holiday working will be required in line with Ecommerce Hub operating hours.**

**The role**

Leading and motivating a team of Online Sales Listers, responsible for listing items for sale via Scope’s online selling channels. Quality control of all photography and copy, ensuring they meet Scope’s brand guidelines.

**About you**

You will have:

- Experience of managing a team to deliver results, and the ability to give constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills are a must.
- Experience working with ecommerce software.
- The ability to analyse data using programs such as Google Analytics.
