Our client is a well-established professional services firm based in Ayrshire, providing an expert service to their clients. We are currently seeking a reliable and organised administrator to join their team. This role will be working in a busy fast-paced environment so it is essential that you can prioritise work load and have the ability to use different systems. If you are an articulate and professional individual who is looking for a new challenge then this role is for you

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the office manager with all aspects of client administration- Provide administrative support to the advisers, including arranging client meetings, preparing paperwork, and updating the firm's database- Respond to client enquiries and provide excellent customer service-
- Assist with compliance tasks, including maintaining client records and preparing reports for regulatory bodies-
- Assist with general office tasks as required**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role is essential- Strong organisational and communication skills- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word- Understanding of financial products and services would be advantageous- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Willingness to learn and develop new skillsIf you are an enthusiastic and organised individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service and supporting colleagues, we would love to hear from you.
