Central Employment are working with a leading North East Food distribution organisation, as they look to appoint a PA/Administrator based from their South Shields offices.
Reporting into the Head of Operations, the successful PA/Administrator will attend leadership meetings, taking notes, attend the sister companies offices in Gateshead for training, debriefing daily and tracking KPIs within the business.
**Main Activities**:
- Processing orders
- Data input
- assisting with administration tasks for the Head of Operations
- liaising with drivers
- Liaising with customers, filing
- Producing and sending invoices etc
**Knowledge, skills and abilities**
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge of the following areas:
- Knowledge of office administration
- PA support
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
