**Key Deliverables**

You will be responsible for
- Supporting new business implementations by collaborating with various business areas
- Maintaining implementation project plans and all other relevant documentation
- Tracking progress against key milestones and taking appropriate action
- Anticipating delays and initiating plans and alternative solutions, escalating to BIM/Tower SLT/relevant stakeholders accordingly
- Providing project updates to BIM and other relevant stakeholders as and when required
- Corresponding with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
- Supporting quoting and pricing business functions
- Compliance with Tower’s Integrated Management System and internal processes.

**Job Requirements**

**Education**
- Level/Equivalent or a minimum of grade C or grade 5 in Maths and English

**Experience**
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Experience in analysing situations, troubleshooting, systems and tools, and problem solving
- Experience managing business KPIs
- Documentation management and communication skills paramount
- Experience with supply chain best practices an advantage
- Some experience in project management would be useful
- Familiarity with passive packaging solutions, especially containers, an advantage

**Skills**
- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine detail
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to change and manage change effectively
- Strong excel skills
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
