Responsibilities of the role include:

- Managing customer accounts within the Accounts Receivable ledger
- Managing supplier accounts on the Accounts Payable Ledger
- Responsible for collecting payments due and overdue
- Following up queries with customers and suppliers
- Liaising with sales and customer services to resolve payment disputes.
- Liaising with supply chain to resolve invoice queries.
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Processing supplier invoices for 5 trading entities
- Posting cash on the accounts receivable ledger.
