Senior Finance Assistant

This is a 3 day/week role - there is flexibility in the number of hours and how you split those hours across the week. Maybe you'll want to work the hours after school drop and pick up. The FD is happy to work around you.

As for the role, this is where your interest and experience in having a broad role will be useful. Amicture of transactional finance, month end and finance systems/data support make this a really varied role

The role covers:

- Supporting the invoicing and purchase order processing process including the coding, accounting and payments.
- Adding suppliers to the system, and handling queries.
- Supporting the FC in the month-end management accounts process
- MIS support. Ad hoc data analysis, and data reporting as requested by the finance and wider teams. The company use bespoke Mangement Information System
- Support the FC around budget management
- Financial Accounts incl VAT Returns, balance sheet recs.

Whether you are AAT qualified, CIMA/ACCA part qualified or qualified by experience, your actual experience is more important.

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 27 per week
