Palmer Unclaimed Property Ltd., a subsidiary of Palmer Unclaimed Property Financial Services (US), seeks a competent, driven individual for a full-time position as a Client Services Lead in our London office. Our company specializes in assisting investorsand their families or heirs with often complex recoveries of abandoned assets. We help return these financial assets to their rightful owners giving a voice to the voiceless. We work around world, including Europe, the United States, Asia, and South America.As our business continues to develop, we seek independent-thinking "go-getters" who want to have fun and help us grow.

Through our deep industry background (over 30 years in unclaimed property), diverse legal resources, and deep-seated determination,we have a tremendous track record of success and are growing rapidly.

THE ROLE:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Communicating with clients to help them understand and navigate the asset recovery process
- Collecting required documentation and preparing claim packages
- Managing client claims and distributions
- Managing outbound owner-contact campaigns
- Maintaining ongoing client relationships
- Providing periodic cases summaries and status reports

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor's degree
- 2-3 years of professional experience, ideally in customer service or a client-facing role
- Foreign language skills are a plus
- Paralegal experience or certification is a plus

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:

- Previous experience working within a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor your approach to each individual customer
- Enthusiasm and dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Professional, friendly, and approachable with a "can-do" attitude towards internal and external staff at all times
- Fluency in English with an excellent standard of written and spoken communication
- Ability to work well on your own and as a part of a team
- Fully computer literate, experienced using Office software, and willing to learn our case management platform

**Salary**: £25-30k Plus bonus
