Key responsibilities will be: *
- Responsible for ensuring that the highest level of quality is maintained throughout the Amazon Vendor Flex **Operation**.
- Ensuring all KPIs are met, and Amazon Outbound expectations are achieved on a daily basis.
- Responsible for ensuring all IPN personal are managed within company policies (Return to Works, One to Ones, Performance Management etc).
- Ensuring Management documentation is completed and reported on a weekly basis.
- Managing Staffing levels to meet Amazon needs with KPIs.
- Ensuring all targets are met for the Multipack repack operation.
- Ensuring clear communication throughout the business to ensure that all pallet movements are completed.
- Ensure all stock holding processes are followed to minimise double handling and risks to stock.
- Recognising and contributing towards training and assistance of other employees, as required.
- Following the ‘Clean As You Go’ policy at all times, to ensure that the department is operating to the highest standards of hygiene.
- Ensuring all operations within the Topcliffe area are performed within Health and Safety parameters.
- Minimising waste whilst undertaking duties within the department.
- Ensuring all records and documentation are correctly completed to required level and within required timescales.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the Engineering team.
- Ensuring all Amazon deliveries are dealt with within the time window of the orders.
- Undertaking any other duties as may be required within the general scope of the role.

- Hourly Rate: £14.39
- Pension Scheme: NEST pension scheme Employee contributions 5% / Employer contribution 3%
