Warranty Administrator

Main Duties: Warranty Administrator
- Processing warranty claims promptly and efficiently.
- Validation of claims when required.
- Managing and prioritising of orders.
- Ensuring that damaged parts are returned to the supplier.
- Maintaining knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Building and maintaining business relationships.
- Providing management information and reports.
- A background within an Administration or Customer Service role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload.
- Eager to learn new skills.
- Able thrive in a fast-paced environment.
