Job Summary :
Business administration means handling day-to-day tasks to ensure various departments run smoothly.
Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities:
- Managing and responding to emails, phone calls and other forms of communications
- Providing office support so that staff can work smoothly with customers internal & external.
- Maintaining organized files and records of business activity
- Order entry of customer orders on to company system.
- Reception duties to include answering phone and booking visitors into site.
- Provide Customer Service by assisting with the warranty process & delivery paperwork.
- Supporting NCR process by maintaining the database.
- Any other administrator duties as and when requested.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities, License/Certification:
Required Qualifications:
- 4 GCSE’s including Math’s and English Level 4 or equivalent.
- Computer Literate - Proficient in Microsoft suite.
- Business admin and office environment/Customer service experience.

- 37.25 hours per week
