We are looking for a **Bar Operation Trainer**, the right person who is happy to travel often and can inspire our staff across Europe to give the best customers service, push sales and develop the teams. Travelling isn't for everyone however its a great opportunity to see different cities, new cultures and work with varied skill sets.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Training staff in many location on company standards
- Working with staff on shift to improve their skills
- Audits on our hostels
- Sales focus with the teams
- Identifying possible sales oppertunites
- Reporting back to Head of Bar Operations

When not travelling, **Bar supervisor** in our busy bar in Edinburgh

You will be supporting the F&B manager on shift and also taken responsibility for the bar 1 or 2 nights a week in the F&B managers absence, duties include however not limited to:

- Giving great customer service
- Increasing sales
- Training staff
- Ensuring health & Safety procedures are followed
- Cashing up

Experience on a bar at minimum supervisor level is essential

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
