CLC Group Ltd is an established Property and Asset Maintenance Company with branches nationwide. We currently have a great opportunity for a **Branch Administrator** to join our team in **Bristol.**
**Duties will include, but not be limited to, the following**:
- General administration duties
- Processing weekly timesheets
- Processing purchase orders for materials and equipment for the day to day running of the division
- Diary management
- Maintaining Company records
**Person specification**
**Relevant experience**
Essential:
- Previous experience of providing effective and efficient administrative support
Desirable:
- Construction industry knowledge
**Aptitude, skills & abilities**
Essential:
- Advanced IT skills
- A highly organised and flexible approach to work, including the ability to prioritise workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with the ability to build great working relationships with stakeholders at all levels

**Hours**: Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
**Location**: Based at the Bristol office
**Reporting to**:Branch Director
