**Job Description**:
I am currently looking for an Administrator (£22,000 - £23,000) to work for a friendly fun team in Bedminster, Bristol.
Free parking on site hours of work is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5.00pm
The role of the Office Administrator is to make sure that the needs of customers are being met or exceeded. Your aim is to provide and promote excellent customer service and to be as efficient as possible. Collaboratively working with our sales teams will also be a key part of the role.
**Duties of the Administrator**- Answering incoming calls in a timely manner, taking messages, redirecting calls as required and fielding calls for senior management- Provide administrative support to the Sales Director, Business Development- Managers and Assistive Technology Specialists-
- Maintain multiple inboxes- Processing customer payments, allocating payments and processing refunds, logging transactions on the ERP system- Maintaining accurate information on the ERP system- Invoicing customers- Communicate with customers professionally and effectively according to company standards- Provide Sales Ledger support due to maternity cover- Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks as and when required- Supporting credit control**Skills of the Administrator**
