**SUMMARY**

We are looking to recruit an exceptional Receptionist/Customer Services Advisor to join our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact for any concerns raised by our Customers whilst delivering excellent customer service. To be considered for this role, you must have a pleasant nature as you will be dealing with telephone enquiries. You will be expected to provide the highest levels of customer satisfaction, you must have excellent English language and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Blauberg Group is the fastest growing ventilation equipment manufacturer in the world and we are the UK arm of the company focusing on supplying energy efficient products to the UK construction industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist/Customer Service Advisor to join our lively and expanding organisation in Leicester.

**KEY ROLES**
- Dealing with queries efficiently and appropriately
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Gaining knowledge of our customer’s needs.
- Processing orders.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and do things differently
- Reporting any customer concerns and identifying any trends in calls to the Customer Services Manager.
- Gaining knowledge of the company's products.
- Feeding back any customer information considered relevant to the Customer Services Manager.
- Ensure data from calls received is entered into the CRM system.

**REQUIREMENTS**

To be considered for this role you must have,
- Excellent literacy skills
- Worked within a vibrant customer service environment
- Effective customer service skills
- High quality telephone manner
- Strong attention to detail/high level of accuracy
