We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage and organizing your workspace, ensuring it is clean and presentable
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Greeting and welcoming customers, providing a professional and courteous first impression

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience preferable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
