**The Company**:
**Capital SFLU Group** are a rapidly growing, diverse business specialising in 3 main sectors, **Utilities, Logistics and Shopfitting.**

Due to business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen in our Utilities sector for a full-time **Customer Liaison Officer** to work on the field on our upcoming Gas projects.

**The Role**:
You will be the face of our business. The role will be ensuring we hit and exceed all our customer targets. Your day-to-day duties will include:

- Arriving on site before projects begin, communicating with customers ensuring they are made aware that their gas service will be affected while the project is taking place.
- Identifying vulnerable customers and ensuring they get all the support they need while their service is affected.
- Doing regular customer surveys to capture data on how satisfied our customers are with our service and identifying where we can improve as a business.
- Working closely with management, communicating back to head office customer feedback.
- Being our eyes and ears on the ground reporting back any non-compliance or unprofessional behaviour on site.

Working hours will be 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday with a 1-hour lunch break, however you must also be available to work occasional weekends. You will be covering Dudley and the surrounding areas and will be provided with a company vehicle.

**The person**:
You will come from a customer service background. You will be professional, approachable, and extremely organised. You will also:

- Have a full UK driving License. (Essential.)
- Have experience in the Utility sector (Preferred.)

You are provided with all your Uniform and PPE.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- UK Driving License (required)
