TCi construction WORKS is a commercial new-build, fit out and refurbishment contractor operating across the South, with a wealth of experience in specialist industrial environments.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to work on a key local project in Bridgwater for a well-respected client.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining competency and qualification records of supply chain
- Assist with site delivery vehicle booking system
- Communicating needs for traffic management
- Booking required training courses
- Collate requirements for internal and external audits
- Collate monthly site data
- Organise and store paperwork, documents, and computer-based information
- Assisting with set up of construction sites welfare and equipment
- Assist with asset management
- Attend and minute various meetings

**Requirements**:

- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to plan your own work, use your initiative and meet deadlines
- Oral and written communication skills
- Discretion for confidentiality
- Driving Licence (or own means of transport to work)
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
- Ability to become familiar and competent with bespoke software
- Ability to pass D&A Testing and Vetting

**Other**:

- Hours 7:30-16:00 Monday - Friday (excluding travel)
