You will work closely with the Recruitment Consultant and Registered Manager to develop process and systems safeguarding the work that is completed. Your role will be autonomous, you must be a self

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- _Recruitment_
- Reference management, requesting and completing - recording details
- System management
- _Administration_
- Diary management
- Updating and maintaining current process' and systems
- Internal file compliance
- Database system compliance
- Attendance of all Team Meetings and minutes recording
- Individual Key Performance Indicators to support in your role
- Supporting the Registered Manager as and when required
- Call handling/message taking
- _Compliance_
- Service Users - working with the Registered Manager to ensure compliance within the package of care
- Internal system database compliance
- Paper file system compliance across Service Users & Support Workers
- Understanding Care Quality Commissioning legislation (full training provided)
- _Workload_
- Monday to Friday, 9am till 5pm
- Attend weekly meetings (providing updates with regards to compliance)
- Working collaboratively to achieve full compliance across all areas of SCG
- Call handling/message taking
- Recording and sharing of all information
- Audit - work with the Registered Manager to ensure all paperwork is retained and organised working to CQC standards
- Team Player, ability to autonomously
- Working to strict deadlines, strong organisational skills and diary management
- Technologically competent - Have the ability to envision how you would like systems to work to get the best from that database

There is a possibility the contract length could be extended.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
