**Telesales and Sales Support Representative, SOUTH EAST GLASGOW**
**£25K OTE £32/35K Uncapped, Company Benefits Excellent Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce them to the company's products or services
- Follow a script or sales pitch to effectively communicate the benefits of the company's offerings
- Identify and address the prospect's needs and concerns to make a sale or move them further along the sales process
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales reports
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through ongoing communication and follow-up calls
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
- Keep accurate records of all calls, interactions, and sales using CRM software or other tools
- Provide after-sales support to customers, including answering questions and resolving complaints
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a smooth sales process and customer experience
