KM4HR are recruiting for a leading Professional Services organisation to recruit their first HR Manager. Bridging the gap between the Head of HR and HR Administrator you will be focussing on delivering exceptional HR support to a varied range of externalclients as well as for your immediate internal team, compromising c.90 staff.

Reporting directly in to the Head of HR you will also play a key role in supporting strategic projects set by the Partners of this organisation.

This is a strong career move for an experienced HR Advisor looking for the first Manager level position. Equally, a dedicated HR Manager looking to build long term relationships while acting as number 2 to the Head of HR should also consider applying.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading in areas of ER guidance, recruitment, early careers and training & development
- Implementing and advancing client projects requiring full HR support at varying levels
- Establishing relationships with external training providers and building tailored plans for relevant stakeholder groups
- Oversee employee development plans
- Monthly reporting following up with recommendations for change or improvements
- Work closely with the SLT and Partners on other HR projects and initiatives

**Your Background;**
- Previous success gained in a HR Advisor role, professional services background would be desirable, but not essential
- Advanced ER knowledge
- Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualified (or working towards as a minimum)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent networker with engaging communication skills
- Data Analysis and report writing skills
