As a core member of Data & BI function, you will be supporting all initiatives in delivering Together’s Data Strategy specifically activities related to Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Profiling, Agile Change Delivery with some elements of Data Architectureand/ or Business Intelligence.
- Work within the Data Governance Framework to evolve the maturity of data within all business functions using the Data Ownership and Stewardship model.
- Implement and maintain data policies and processes and provide ongoing monitoring and reporting on those processes.
- Collaborate and support colleagues on the Agile change delivery framework to ensure business data management requirements are met.
- Support in documenting definitions of data entities and attributes through the use of data modelling and data dictionaries.
- Support with data analysis and reporting services to our business stakeholders.
- Work with Risk and Control owners to understand business risks caused by limitations in data and formulate implementation of preventative controls and solutions to mitigate risks.
- Analysis of data quality issues and working with colleagues to facilitate their resolution.
- Identify business opportunities to improve data. Assist the process of bringing common data together to perform standardisation.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years' of previous experience in a data management role such as Data Governance/ Data Quality/ Business Intelligence/ Data Engineering/ Data Science.
- High aptitude to problem solving and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies are vital.
- A collaborative mindset and a drive to reach out to work across the Together business to create new opportunities.
- Excellent presentation skills and communication skills. You will often present to the senior management so having perfected these skills and the confidence to engage with senior managers are vital.
- Advanced Excel, Visual Basic and SQL skills are highly beneficial. It is important that you can evidence that you have learnt coding in any of the major programming languages.
- Experience of /has the mindset of working in an Agile change delivery framework.
