The Social Media Executive will report back to the Head of Client Services and liaise with both clients and the internal team on a regular basis to ensure delivery is of a high standard and meets expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Scheduling organic social media content for a range of clients
- Daily social media monitoring for clients
- Creating meaningful and engaging content for social media
- Working closely with more senior team members to contribute towards strategies
- Engaging with target markets and stakeholders via social media channels
- Updating content on client websites
- Researching and disseminating community news/events

The Out-of-Hours Social Media Executive will report back to the Head of Client Services and liaise with both clients and Account Managers on a regular basis to ensure delivery is of a high standard and meets expectations.

The hours to be worked total an average of 28 - 30 hours per week, working from home to cover Thursday evenings from 6pm -11pm, one Friday in three evening from 6pm -11pm one Saturday in three working eight hours spread over regular intervals between 8am and 11pm and one Sunday in three working eight hours spread over regular intervals between 8am and 11pm.

Working at our Exeter office Monday - Wednesday (18 hours across the 3 days) this could potentially be a home working option.

**Person Specification**

**Essential**:

- Social media experience
- Excellent general writing skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of all social media platforms

**Desirable**:

- Experience in the retail or leisure industries
- To support the wider team with social media cover where required

**Job Type**:28**:
