CHEF DE PARTIE- independent, fresh food kitchen - This independently run country pub is going from strength to strength and due to its immense popularity, they are looking to increase the brigade.

Ideally, they are looking for a talented Chef de Partie with plenty of experience working with fresh, seasonal produce. They prepare a mix of modern and traditional British cuisine, and everything is made in house.

There is a brigade of 5 chefs and an extremely talented Head Chef. As Chef de Partie you will be involved in all aspects of the kitchen, contributing to the menu design, stock control, ordering and training and motivating the junior members of the team.

This is a busy, fresh food kitchen so experience within a similar establishment would be a huge advantage.

Benefits include a generous salary, excellent tips, a mixture of straight and split shifts, always two days off together and a great working environment.
