We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team at Hever Castle. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our kitchen areas.
As a Kitchen Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations. This will include tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, and ensuring that all kitchen areas are tidy and well-organized.
You will also be required to assist our chefs with food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables, and to work efficiently to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
