Whittington pride themselves on offering exceptional patient care to the local community, and their labour ward provides exceptional antenatal and postnatal care to mothers and babies across their 30 community locations in the boroughs of Islington and Haringey. With a fantastic team of more than 4,400 specialist staff, Whittington’s reputation for excellent maternity care reaches beyond the local areas of Haringey and Islington and attracts mothers from all over London with a wide range of ethnic, cultural, and religious backgrounds to have their baby with them.

Important Requirements:

- RMN Registered
- Specialised midwife, CTG & NLA qualified
- At least 6 months NHS experience in that last 3 years
- Robust clinical knowledge, strong initiative, and a proactive approach to work
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Honesty and integrity, and a caring patient-centred approach
