MYM Recruitment is working with a new client. Due to expansion we are looking for new people for a variety of advice and administrative roles within our group of brands. The company specialise in helping people with various debt issues, and trade as Get Help With Debt, Negative Equity NI and Negative Equity UK. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and are a licenced insolvency practice.
**The Role**:
This exciting opportunity entails working within the companie and presents an opportunity to join a progressive, fast growing business with opportunities for promotion and career advancement.
In your new role you will provide a high-quality administration and support service to clients and third parties, to ensure we continue to manage our reputation of providing an excellent client journey.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Draft IVA proposals and send to clients
- Progress cases in a timely manner as part of a defined process
- Manage your own case list
- Requesting and managing the return of client’s documentation, completing paperwork accurately
- Liaising directly with third parties including solicitors and creditors
**Essential Criteria**:
- Experience of working in a busy, client facing administration role.
- Outstanding telephone manner
- Excellent written communication with attention to detail & commitment to accuracy
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills in order to handle multiple tasks, stay focused under pressure and work to tight deadlines
- Updating internal case management system with notes accurately for compliance purposes
- Experience in problem solving by exhibiting critical thinking and adaptability to generate successful outcome for clients
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Outlook and Word
- Educated to a minimum of A-Level and have GCSE Maths and English (grade C and above)
- Continuing to develop your knowledge and understanding of our services including any changes in legislation and processes, internally and externally, which may impact your role
**Desirable**:
- Experience of working in a financial service, debt / insolvency, or a legal environment
- Experience of completing financial reviews with clients including income and expenditures
- Experience of managing and progressing a client case list as part of defined process
- Proficient in full Microsoft Office suite to include Excel and Word
- Experience using Visionblue CRM or similar
