We’re looking for a full-time Fleet Administrator to join our team in Wellingborough. You’ll be working Monday to Friday on a fixed term contract basis.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Process all centrally managed vehicle charges (PCN, Fines, Penalty Notices, Council Charges)
- Raise all purchase orders required to support the fleet team
- Produce weekly and monthly reports for both internal and external customers
- Engage with both operational teams and third parties to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner
**What you need to succeed at GXO**:
- Ideally, you’ll have experience working within an administrative position
- Knowledge of working in a transport environment
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office - mainly Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise workload
