**Office Administrator / Project Management**
**Salary: £28000- £32000 per annum**
**1 year contract - potentially leading to a permanent role**
**Based in Kingston upon Thames**

We are currently recruiting for a full time Office Administrator on behalf of our client, a highly successful project management company working in the residential construction sector that oversee the design and build of loft conversions, extensions and refurbishments. They require a talented individual to join their office team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To project manage many projects simultaneously from sale through to completion.
- Liaise with architects, structural engineers, planners, building control, party wall surveyors, contractors and suppliers.
- Be the Client’s office point of contact throughout their project and provide a high level of customer service.
- Keep track of changes to contracts/extras.
- Request Payments from Clients.
- General admin support including filing, data entry, scanning and postage.
- Support sales surveyors.
- Carry out follow up calls to potential Clients after they have received our quotation.

**Person Specification**:

- A confident telephone manner and strong English language skills (written/oral).
- A high level of competence using Windows/Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Be highly organised and capable of working efficiently on several tasks.
