**Design TechnicianPosition Overview**
- Using Solidworks to produce 3D models based on customer requirements
- Creating drawings ready for fabrication
- Producing assembly drawings and instructions for installation purposes
- Liaising with internal company departments and Production Team
- Transferring Solidworks models to StreamPunch software
- Nest and tool parts efficiently
- Assisting Sales Team by producing and providing mock nests
- Answering Production Team queries regarding fabrication methods

**Design TechnicianPosition Requirements**
- Qualified to HNC level in Mechanical Engineering
- A good understanding of metal fabrication techniques
- Able to produce engineering drawings
- Around one year's Experience within a similar manufacturing environment
- It is beneficial to have an understanding of lean manufacturing techniques and quality improvement tools
- Based within commutable distance of Middlesbrough

**Design TechnicianPosition Remuneration**
- Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Pension
