**Recruitment Coordinator at The NSS Group**

- You’ll quickly become an integral part in both the HR and Recruitment teams_

**Your job will include**:

- Ensuring approval process has been followed and supporting management though this process
- Pre recruitment meetings and understand managers expectations on the skills required to fulfil the open role
- Conducting telephone interviews and assessing capabilities
- Coordination of interviews, meeting rooms, manager’s diary etc.
- Build internal relationships to increase the awareness and use of the central recruitment function
- Promote the use of best practice throughout the recruitment cycle
- Support with F2F interviews when required
- Creation of employment contracts and onboarding throughout system when needed
- Managing various ad-hoc administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process

**Experience / Personal Attributes Required**:

- Ideally have experience working in Recruitment
- Experience in working in a fast-paced work environment
- Used to working to tight deadlines
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and related MS Office admin tools.
- Work accurately, with attention to detail
- A strong communicator - both written and verbal
- Used to organising your own time and work
