We are looking for an organised, proactive, and people-focused Internal Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating seamless recruitment experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating internal job boards and recruitment platforms to ensure all information is accurate and engaging. They will also organise and participate in internal career events, workshops, and development sessions to promote mobility within the organisation.

A strong understanding of job sites and LinkedIn for recruiting is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for employee development and fostering a positive workplace culture.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in ensuring we bring the best onboard. Benefits include company events, company pension, employee discount, health & wellbeing programme, on-site parking, referral programme, and store discount.
