**Recruitment Coordinator

- 8-4/9-5 (Flexible)**

You will be supporting recruitment processes for internal and external staff, coordinating with other teams within NHS to meet deadlines. This is a temporary position for at least 6 months which is likely to be extended.
You will:

- Support recruitment activities
- Maintain org charts and the associated resource tracker
- Provide finance and commercial administration and support, including supplier contract administration such as invoicing, Purchase Orders, contract status tracking etc
- Provide administration associated with managing new starters and individuals leaving the programme
- Delegate for the Principal Business and Operational Delivery Administrator
- Update trackers, prioritise activities, meet strict deadlines
- Coordinating with other teams to meet deadlines and completion of tasks
- Data entry and updating trackers on Excel

**Key Skills**:

- Strong admin skills
- Able to adhere to deadlines
- Excellent planning and organising skills
- IT literate in outlook and m/s packages
- Excel knowledge is essential
- Able to work to your own initiative, carry out task on your and and within a team
- Strong diary management
- Previous NHS experience is desirable
- Knowledge of recruitment process's such as interviewing or resourcing
